Russell Hewitt

Russ Hewitt, AIF^®, CPFA^®, MBA is a founding Partner of Raintree Wealth Advisors, formerly Onorato Financial Group (OFG). He acquired OFG in 2023 from his long-time partner and father-in-law, Richard Onorato. In addition to helping run the firm, he works with individuals and business clients in all areas of wealth management, retirement plans, insurance, estate, and financial planning. Russ holds his Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a Master's in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources.

Russ is passionate about his practice, family and serving his Maryland community. He was born and raised in Baltimore, MD. He currently lives in Lutherville, MD, with his wife, Nicole (who owns a local law firm and a title company), his daughter Kenley, sons, Kyle and Carson, and their dogs, Colton and Miller. In his personal time, you’ll find Russ involved with the Fathers’ Club at Loyola Blakefield, boating, golfing, RV’ing and being on the sidelines of a lacrosse field.  Russ is also very active in local non-profits.
